Established in 2014, Pulse Design & Build Ltd undertakes building and refurbishment contracts for public and private clients, offering a highly personal, attentive service, and a consistent professional approach to design, pre-construction, construction, and aftercare.
We operate in the Leisure, Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Automotive Dealerships and Education sectors, undertaking contracts of between £100k and £10m. Our prime operational area is the Midlands and North West of England, however in the leisure sector, we operate nationally.
On every project, we seek to ensure that we add value wherever we can, considering and testing innovative construction techniques and systems to determine the optimum solution, programme and cost.
We undertake contracts in city centre, suburban and rural locations, working in partnership with clients, stakeholders, consultants and supply chain specialists to consistently deliver high quality projects, on time and budget. Our comprehensive management procedures and processes are all backed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 accreditations and we hold Constructionline and CHAS registrations.
Ultimately, our goal is to provide all our clients with an attentive style that develops close working relationships, mutual respect and trust creating high satisfaction levels with the projects and services delivered. In essence, what we want to achieve is the maximum value for clients with sustainable projects delivered safely, on time, within available budgets, with low defects, delivered using local people and business partners.
