A refurbishment and extension project to create new thermal suite facilities, new village wet and dry changing facilities, new entrance, lobby and reception, new café and catering kitchen, soft play area, refurbished sports hall floor, extensive mechanical and electrical works including lighting, CCTV, security systems, air conditioning; new 80-station gym, spin studio and two dance studios. Externally the car park was resurfaced and decorative treatments carried out to the building’s façade and roof.
